Woodpark has invited us to use the same map if Glabar Park residents want to add their location. This will give more visibility to your garage sale.
We are participating in GLAD Cleaning the Capital this year! This is an opportunity for our neighborhood to clean en masse, and get rid of the litter in the streets and in the parks.
Meet at Kingsmere Park on May 4th at 12:30pm to get your free cleaning supplies and to make sure we are not duplicating effort.

Save the Date!
The annual Great Glabar Park Garage Sale will be held on June 8th 2019. Set up at your home. This is a community garage sale where we try to bring in more customers by having lots of sellers.
This corresponds with Ottawa Give Away Weekend, where Ottawa residents are asked to put items at the curb for free where they might otherwise throw those items in the garbage.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL CANDY/CHOCOLATE IS PEANUT FREE!
Please adhere to the bring 10 eggs/collect 10 eggs rule!
Each year we get feedback that there were no eggs left for the little ones. This is supposed to be a fun event for our neighbourhood. Everyone participating should be able to have the same fun!
The Winter Fun Day is being held on Saturday January 26 2019. Please contact us (see the contacts page) if you would like to volunteer an hour of your time to help make this a memorable event.
