Canada Day Activities in Glabar Park

The Alliance’s Canada Day Committee is planning some Covid-conscious activities!

On July 1st, Glabar Park’s Free Little Library – located on Lenester Ave, at Mooney Ave – will be giving away Canadian books with a leaning towards Indigenous authors.

Special thanks to Ottawa’s Indigenous-owned Barely Bruised Bookstore for putting together a great selection of titles.

Stay tuned as more activities are announced over the coming weeks.

Take the Kingsmere Park Improvement Survey

The Glabar Park Community Alliance is asking for input from residents on improving Kingsmere Park and Theresa Kavanagh, city councillor for Bay Ward, has allocated some funds for the initiative. At this time, we are not looking at any changes to the field house. Please complete the google form to provide your feedback
